About Us

A Little About the Firm…

At Lackey Bennett, we know that every case matters to our clients, and your decision to trust us is based on years of trust, practice, and proven results.  Each day we strive to demonstrate our worth and value both in the results we achieve for our clients, but also in the relationships we foster.

Founded in 1971 by Lee Grigg and John Richards, the firm, through each of its iterations including decades of leadership by John R. Paul, has been successful by living by very simple tenants.  John David and Amy care deeply about being good stewards of every client’s time and money, building lasting relationships that extend beyond any individual case.

We represent a wide variety of clients, including hospital groups in medical malpractice or employment related claims, insurance clients facing tort cases, or private companies/individuals in need of legal representation for their dispute.  Boutique by design, we strive to provide results without the turnover or cost of larger firms.
